Tax & FCRA returns

To remain transparent and accountable to the public, especially to our donors and funders, NEWBEGINNINGS is conscious of our legal obligations and requirements per India’s Income Tax laws for charitable tax exemption and the FCRA – Foreign Contributions Regulations Act.

We file annual returns per the Income Tax act requirement, file annual and quarterly returns per the FCRA within the stipulated period and maintain our accounts and records accordingly.
